The Sue Ryder International Cup

Does your side have what it takes to a team of ex-Premiership legends? Come and test out your skills at the Sue Ryder International Cup on December 2^nd at the David Beckham Academy. 

The event itself is a 5 a side football tournament with 32 side, who will play it out from 6pm until about quarter to 9pm, followed by an after party at nearby exclusive VIP rooms of the IndigO2 club. Play your way to the top of the tournament for your chance to play a team of ex-Premiership legends for the Sue Ryder Cup.

This years premiership legend team is Neville Southall (GK), Ray Parlour, Tony Cottee, Rob Lee, John Beresford and Paul Walsh. Even if you don�t get to pit your skills against the legends you will have chance to mingle with them at the after party over the Sue Ryder signature cocktail.

There will be about 250 people in the tournament, plus guests, including Martina Cech, Chelsea footballer Petr Cech�s wife. 1966 World Cup Winner Martin Peters MBE supports the International Cup and will be present pitch side and at the after party.

The team pack cost is �1,200 for a squad of 8, plus 8 guests to support and attend the after party. You can enter with your weekend team or a company team. If you enter with your weekend team we have lots of tips for fundraising the total amount which is breaks down to �150 per play, an amount easily raised in any London tube in a day for example. Also, it is worth checking you�re your employers, be it for your company team or your weekend team, if they will sponsor you. Most companies have Corporate Social Responsibility departments, charity committees and many now offer Match Giving on any amount that you fundraise.
